Dean began his career in the property tax field at the Cook County Assessor’s Office as a fieldman.  After 12 years, Dean branched out and started his own company in 1989.  As a tax representative Dean appealed thousands of industrial, commercial, and residential assessments in Cook County before joining the firm in 2013.  Dean has been a member of the International Association of Assessing Officers (IAAO) since 2001.
